With the current spikes in COVID cases in our area, we want to provide the best and SAFEST level of service possible.

Tuesday - Friday 11:00 to 6:00, Saturday 11:00 to 5:00

NEW SHOP GUIDELINES

Until the risk of COVID transmission decreases, we will not allow in-store shopping.

As a business in Fresno County, we are following the mask mandate.  Masks are mandatory while shopping

indoors or outdoors at Rubber Soul Bicycles. Thanks for your cooperation.

We are offering phone orders as well as curbside delivery.

Our online inventory reflects what we have in stock.

We welcome you to come to the front door and allow one of our staff to assist you with your shopping needs.

REPAIRS

There is a 1 to 2 week turnaround for all repairs. If you have a special need, or use your 

bicycle for transportation, please let us know.

ALL REPAIRS MUST BE TAKEN TO THE FRONT DOOR.

We will not take any repairs through the back of the shop.

BIKE PURCHASES

We are more than happy to show you as many bikes as you would like to look at in the back outside area.

If you know exactly what model and size you want, purchase directly from our website and simply pick up

your new bike from one of our staff. Remember to have your receipt and ID with you.

When we are busy the shop fills up too fast and creates a health risk that we are not comfortable with. 

Our goal is to keep our customers and staff safe best as possible given the current situation.
