RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Please contact us if you wish to return a product either online or in store. We will attempt to resolve any issue you may have. If you have a return, credit will be issued when product is returned in original condition and in original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS: Tubular Tires may not be returned once they are glued. Food items (including Bars, Gels and Drink Mix) may not be returned, even if unopened.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Orders placed for in-store pickup will be available after 2:00 p.m. on the following business day. Customers who require earlier pickup must call to confirm availability prior to arrival. Unless prior arrangements are made, all pickup orders must be collected within 10 days. Orders not collected within this period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Most apparel and accessory items are eligible for shipping. Orders generally ship within one business day. Certain bicycles may not be eligible for shipping due to dealer agreements. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping and handling charges. Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
INFORMATION SECURITY
All sensitive information transmitted through our website is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Only the last five digits of a credit card number will be displayed when account information is viewed. Customers may choose whether or not to store credit card information in their online account.
BACKORDERS
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, it may be placed on backorder. Customers will only be charged for items shipped. In cases where orders are divided into multiple shipments, total shipping costs will not exceed the original quoted amount.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING REFUNDS
Products currently in stock will be shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. If an item is shipped in error by Rubber Soul Bicycles, return shipping charges will be refunded. If an incorrect item is ordered by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
Rubber Soul Bicycles facilitates manufacturer warranty claims on behalf of customers. Products must be returned to us for inspection to determine if they qualify under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. We cannot assess warranty eligibility without examining the item in person.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate and current. Errors may occasionally occur, and we appreciate customer understanding in such instances. Customers are encouraged to notify us of any discrepancies by phone, email, or during their next visit.
